The General Assembly resolution dated 30.04.2025 on the selection of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2025 accounting period and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered on 12.05.2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on 12.05.2025.
