VESTING OF MILESTONE A PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

ECS Botanics Holdings Ltd (ASX: ECS) (“ECS” or the “Company”) advises that, pursuant to the term sheet, dated 15 February 2019, entered into by the Company for the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital in ECS Botanics Pty Ltd, 43,750,000 Milestone A Performance Rights (Performance Rights) that were issued to vendors have vested in full.

In accordance with the terms, the vested Performance Rights will result in the issue of 43,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares to the relevant participants. For additional information, please refer to the Appendix 2A lodged with the ASX on 08 September 2021.
