Inabox Group completes the acquisition of the Anittel business
Australian listed ICT provider, Inabox Group Limited (ASX:IAB) today announces the successful completion of its acquisition of the business of Anittel Group Limited.
The newly acquired business will continue to operate under the Anittel brand.
Inabox’s initial focus during the post acquisition phase will be the smooth integration of the two businesses’ operations, systems and internal communication, and implementing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Anittel’s former chairman and CEO, Peter Kazacos, will consult to Inabox on the integration and will liaise with key customers, and becomes a significant shareholder with approximately 10.6 per cent stake in Inabox.
