Hostech Acquires Accord & Aspirence

The Board of Directors of Hostech Limited (“Hostech”) is pleased to announce that Hostech has completed the acquisition of Accord Technologies (WA) Pty Ltd (“Accord”) and the acquisition of the assets of Aspirence Pty Ltd (“Aspirence”).

Hostech acquired Accord for the total consideration of $5,000,000 satisfied by the issue of 96,000,000 Hostech ordinary shares at an issue price of 2.5 cents per share and $3,600,000 in cash. For information on Accord please visit www.accord.com.au.

Hostech acquired the assets of Aspirence for the total consideration of $850,357 satisfied by the issue of 3,571,429 Hostech ordinary shares at an issue price of 2.8 cents per share and $750,357 in cash. For information on Aspirence please visit www.aspirence.com.au.
