Hostech Acquires AXXIS Technology

The Board of Directors of Hostech Limited (“Hostech”) is pleased to announce that Hostech has completed the acquisition of AXXIS Technology Pty Ltd (“AXXIS”).

Hostech acquired AXXIS for the total consideration of $2,000,000 satisfied by the issue of 17,857,143 Hostech ordinary shares at an issue price of 2.8 cents per share and $1,500,000 in cash. For information on AXXIS please visit www.axxis.com.
