\$5,000,000 Equity Financing Agreement

The Board of Mobi has pleasure in announcing that it has reached an agreement in principle with investment banking group Fortrend Securities, whereby Mobi Ltd is to be afforded access to a maximum of \$5,000,000 capital by way of standby equity subscription agreement. This capital will be used specifically to fund the VoIP aggregation and Telco service acquisition model through purchasing EBIT positive business' at a favourable multiple to earnings. There are a number of privately held companies we are currently considering the purchase of and intend to aggressively grow through this channel.

This agreement with Fortrend has to be formalized, is subject regulatory approval, and has to be passed at our next Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which we shall announce in due course. Details of the final terms and conditions of the agreement will be made available to Shareholders once finalized.

This agreement is in absolute accord with our forward planning and allows us a standby source of capital to make acquisitions and buy positive cash flow. We are very focused about building a serious business in both VoIP and Mobile applications. This financing facility is a significant step forward in achieving this goal.
