\$600,000 Hybrid Raising

The Board has pleasure in announcing it has raised an amount of \$600,000 by way of an 8% coupon, one vear, convertible note at .7 cents per share. Conversion into ordinary shares will be subject to EGM Shareholder and regulatory approval and the monies committed have been from sophisticated. existing investors in Mobi Limited.

The purpose to this raising is to principally fund the commercialization of forthcoming client orders of our FABfone suite of telephony products that in turn will bring in one off hardware and repeated carriage and maintenance revenue to the Company. We now have a fully completed telephone IP carriage product to roll out and look forward to increasing our client and revenue base several fold from sales to SME and household name corporates.

We have had our valuation completed on the Sholl acquisition and are currently awaiting the completion of the Independent Experts Report in this regard. Once this and other regulatory matters have been finalized we will announce our EGM date.

Mobi is now at a turning point and should imminently enjoy the benefits of the work and restructure efforts put in to date to achieve what I believe to be a very exciting, dynamic and cash flow accretive future. The market capitalization of Mobi Limited should be reflected more appropriately in this regard.
