NOTICE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
ECS Botanics Holdings Ltd (ASX: ECS) (“ECS” or the “Company”) Confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 22[nd] October 2021 commencing at 12:00pm (AEDT) and 9:00am (AWST) at:

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office on or before 12:00pm (AEST) 3 September 2021 being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM.
