LONDON: 10 MAY 2013 - ECR Minerals plc advises that it received notification on 9 May 2013 from YA Global Master SPV Ltd (“YA Global”) that as of 8 May 2013, YA Global was the beneficial owner of 56,282,006 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1p (“Ordinary Shares”). This equates to 5.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, which consists of 1,118,623,551 Ordinary Shares.
