Barrack St Investments Limited - Announcement – Share Structure of the Company

When the Company listed in August 2014, all Shareholders received one Option ($1) for each share held. There were 16,022,500 options issued. The expiry date of these options was 17 August 2016. At 30 June 2016 2,000 Options had been exercised and after the year-end a further 2,220,000 Options were exercised before the expiry date.

In total, 2,222,000 Options were exercised at $ 1 and the balance of the Options (13,800,500) lapsed.
