The unaudited NTA backing per share of the Company at 31 August 2024 was as follows:

The NTA figures shown above are before and after the provision for deferred tax on the unrealised gains in the Company’s investment portfolio. The Company is a long-term equity investor and does not intend to dispose of its total portfolio.

The company has declared the FY2024 Final Dividend of 3.1 cents per share. The dividend is payable on 11 September 2024 and has been provided for in the August NTA above.
