Net Tangible Asset Backing at 31 August 2014

The unaudited NTA of the Company was as follows:

Barrack St Investments Limited was listed on ASX on 14 August 2014. Shares were issued under the Initial Public Offering at $ 1 each. The costs of offering were 3.3% of the amounts subscribed. The purpose of the offering was to attract investors seeking access to boutique investment managers with expertise in the small and mid-cap companies, who will ensure the Company achieves moderate to high portfolio returns over the long term. Purchases of investments were made after listing and at 31 August 2014 the net value of these investments had increased resulting in moderate unrealized gains. The NTA per share of the Company is shown above before and after estimated tax on the unrealised gains made.
