Net Tangible Asset Backing at 31 October 2014

The unaudited NTA of the Company was as follows:

The NTA per share of the company increased at 31 October 2014 compared to the previous month-end. In addition to the Company earning interest and receiving dividends during October 2014, the market value of the investments also increased at 31 October 2014 which resulted in a higher NTA per share. The increase in NTA in percentage terms (+ 5%) is more than the increase in the All Ordinaries Index (approx. 3.9%) between 30 September 2014 and 31 October 2014.
