Director Retirement
As part of the company's succession plan, Barrack St Investments Limited is pleased to advise shareholders that Jared Pohl, who is currently an alternate director, replaces Dr Manny Pohl as a director. Dr Pohl has advised the Company that he will retire as a director with effect from 30th June 2017 and that his role with ECP Asset Management Pty Ltd, the Manager of our investment portfolio, continues unchanged by this appointment.
