("Tiger" or the "Company") Investment in Bezant Resources Plc

Tiger Resource Finance plc is pleased to announce that following the Company's previous announcement released on 8 February both tranches of the Bezant Resources Plc ("Bezant") investment have now been completed and that Tiger has a holding of 55,555,556 Ordinary shares in Bezant representing a 7.45% interest in the company.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation No. 596/2014 on market abuse.
