Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) announces that Anthony Yadgaroff, Non-executive Director bought on November 27, 2015, 1,499 shares at a price of £0.644 per Share. Also on November 27, 2015 Mrs. Karen Yadgaroff, Mr. Anthony Yadgaroff's spouse, bought 508 Shares at a price of £0.644 per Share.

Following this notification the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Anthony Yadgaroff and his connected persons is now 182,508 shares, representing 0.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
