Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("Anglo Pacific" or the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Archer as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.  As previously announced, David joined the board as an independent non-executive director on October 15, 2014 and also holds the position of Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
