Notice of Annual General Meeting

Wentworth Resources (AIM: WEN), the independent, Tanzania-focused natural gas production company, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website www.wentplc.com. 

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW at 10 a.m. on 15 December 2023.

Following the formal business of the AGM there will be a presentation to shareholders by the Board via the Investor Meet Company platform. Shareholders who wish to access the presentation should register for the event in advance via the following link: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/wentworth-resources-plc/register-investor. 

Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
