Publication issued in application of article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 (the "Law") pertaining to the publication of major holdings in issuers the shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and which contain various provisions.
On 4 July 2023, in application of the provisions of the Law, Econocom Group SE (the "Company") received a joint notification that a threshold was passively crossed downwards by Mr. Jean-Louis Bouchard, Econocom International BV, Econocom Group SE and BIS BV, an indirect subsidiary of Econocom Group following the cancellation by Econocom Group SE of 43.884.081 treasury shares.
It is recalled that Econocom Group SE is controlled by Econocom International BV, which is itself controlled by Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard.
Pursuant to this notification, on 22 June 2023, the holding of Mr. Jean-Louis Bouchard in the Company crossed downwards the threshold of 65% of the voting rights attached to the Company's shares.
As of 22 June 2023, Econocom International BV and Econocom Group SE held together 149.576.742 voting rights of the 239.247.005 voting rights attached to the Company's shares, i.e. 62.52% of the voting rights of the Company. BIS BV no longer holds any shares in Econocom Group SE.
