Publication in accordance with Article 29 § 1, section 2 of the Act of 2 May 2007 ("the Act") on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies (Loi relative à la publicité des participations importantes dans des émetteurs dont les actions sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et portant des dispositions diverses / Wet op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in emittenten waarvan aandelen zijn toegelaten tot de verhandeling op een gereglementeerde markt en houdende diverse bepalingen).

On 6 February 2014, following the repurchase of treasury shares by the company Econocom Group, Econocom Group received in accordance with the provisions of the Law a joint notification of threshold crossing of Econocom International NV, with registered seat at Rond't Fort 38, PoBox 264, 3430 Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, of SCI de Dion Bouton, with registered seat at avenue Matignon 34, 75008 Paris, France, Econocom Group and indirectly of Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard, informing that on 3 February 2014 the shareholding of Econocom International NV, SCI de Dion Bouton, Econocom Group and indirectly of Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard has exceeded the threshold of 45%, going from 44,71% to 45,06%.

Econocom International NV, SCI de Dion Bouton, Econocom Group and, indirectly, Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard hold together, on 3 February 2014, 48.004.781 shares of Econocom Group.
