On 15 April 2014, Econocom Group received, in accordance with the provisions of the Law, a notification of threshold crossing of BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA/NV, with registered seat at TSA 47000-75318 Paris Cedex 09, France, informing that on 10 April 2014 its shareholding in the capital of Econocom Group has dropped under the threshold of 5% following a transfer of shares. On this date, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA/NV holds 5.297.216 shares of Econocom Group, being 4,95% of the securities granting voting rights.
