On 26 May 2014, following the transfer of treasury shares in the context of the exercise of stock options, Econocom Group received in accordance with the provisions of the Law a joint notification of threshold crossing of Econocom International NV, with registered seat at Rond't Fort 38, PoBox 264, 3430 Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, of SCI de Dion Bouton, with registered seat at avenue Matignon 34, 75008 Paris, France, Econocom Group and indirectly of Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard, informing that on 20 May 2014 the shareholding of Econocom International NV, SCI de Dion Bouton, Econocom Group and indirectly of Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard has dropped under the threshold of 45%, going from 45.06% to 44.76%.

Econocom International NV, SCI de Dion Bouton, Econocom Group and, indirectly, Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard hold together, on 20 May 2014, 47,904,310 shares of Econocom Group.
