Publication in accordance with Article 29 § 1, section 2 of the Act of 2 May 2007 ("the Act") on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies (Loi relative à la publicité des participations importantes dans des émetteurs dont les actions sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et portant des dispositions diverses / Wet op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in emittenten waarvan aandelen zijn toegelaten tot de verhandeling op een gereglementeerde markt en houdende diverse bepalingen).

On 18 October 2013, the shareholding of Econocom Group in the capital of Econocom Group has exceeded the threshold of 5%, reaching 5,05% pursuant to an acquisition of securities granting voting rights in the context of its share repurchase program.

On 24 October 2013, pursuant to the provisions of the Act, Econocom Group has received a notification of threshold crossing from Econocom International NV, having its registered office at Rond't Fort 38, Postbus 264, 3430 Niewegein, The Netherlands, from SCI de Dion Bouton, having its registered office at Avenue Matignon 34, 75008 Paris, France, from Econocom Group SA and indirectly from Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard, informing that Econocom International NV, SCI de Dion Bouton, Econocom Group and indirectly Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard, hold, on 21 October 2013, 52.365.848 Econocom Group shares, being 49,30% of the securities granting voting rights (of which 5,05% of these securities are held by Econocom Group in treasury).
