Convening of an Extraordinary and Special General Meeting on 18 December 2015
An Extraordinary and Special General meeting will be held on 18 December 2015 in order to propose the transformation of the company Econocom Group in an European company (Societas Europaea). This transformation reflects the ambition of Econocom Group as a European leader in digital services for companies, at the service of its important European clients in their digital transformation, and translates the European nature of the group into the corporate form of Econocom Group.
Furthermore, the Extraordinary and Special General Meeting will be invited to resolve upon the appointment of two new directors and the renewal of the authorization granted to the board of directors to make use of the authorized capital in case of public takeover bid on the Company.
Finally, the Extraordinary and Special General Meeting to be held on 18 December 2015 will be invited to resolve upon the modification of the Company's articles of association in order to align them to the new corporate form of the Company and to proceed with a general update of the articles of association of the Company and its corporate purpose.
