ECOMEMBRANE SPA: INFORMATIVA SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE NEL PERIODO 27 – 31 GENNAIO 2025

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 03 Febbraio 2025 –Ecomembrane S.p.A. (ISIN IT0005543332), società leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi di stoccaggio e di contenimento dei gas per la produzione di energia verde, quotata sul segmento EGM di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., comunica di non aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 27 Gennaio 2025 e il 31 Gennaio 2025, azioni ordinarie della società.

A seguito delle operazioni finora effettuate, alla data del 31 Gennaio 2025, Ecomembrane S.p.A detiene n. 16.000 azioni proprie, pari allo 0,37% del capitale sociale.

ECOMEMBRANE SPA: DISCLOSURE ON TREASURY SHARES' PURCHASE FOR THE PERIOD 27 – 31 JANUARY 2025

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 03 February 2025 –Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332), leader in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, listed on the EGM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informs that, in the period between 27 January 2025 and 31 January 2025, it did not purchase any ordinary shares of the Company.

Following the transactions carried out to date, as of 31 January 2025, Ecomembrane S.p.A holds 16,000 treasury shares, equal to 0.37% of the share capital.

Ecomembrane S.p.A., with registered office in Gadesco Pieve Delmona (Cremona) and North Little Rock (Arkansas, USA), has been operating in the renewable energies and biogas sector since 2000 and is managed by its Founder and CEO, Lorenzo Spedini.
