ECOMEMBRANE SPA: INFORMATIVA SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE NEL PERIODO 09 - 13 DICEMBRE 2024

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 16 Dicembre 2024 –Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332), società leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi di stoccaggio e di contenimento dei gas per la produzione di energia verde, quotata sul segmento EGM di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., comunica di aver acquistato su EGM, nel periodo compreso tra il 09 Dicembre e il 13 Dicembre 2024, un numero pari a 1.200 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,03% del capitale sociale) ad un prezzo unitario medio di Euro 4,52 per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 5.424,00.

Tali operazioni sono state realizzate nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 23 Aprile 2024 e in attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie avviato in data 28 Ottobre 2024. Gli acquisti sono stati realizzati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato Equita SIM S.p.A.

ECOMEMBRANE SPA: DISCLOSURE ON TREASURY SHARES' PURCHASE FOR THE PERIOD 09 - 13 DECEMBER 2024

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 16 December 2024 –Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332), leader in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, listed on the EGM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informs that, in the period between 09 December 2024 and 13 December 2024, it purchased 1,200 ordinary shares (equal to 0.03% of the share capital) on EGM at an average unit price of Euro 4.52 for a total countervalue of Euro 5,424.00.

These transactions were carried out as part of the authorisation to purchase treasury shares resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 23 April 2024 and carrying out the share buyback plan started on 28 October 2024. The purchases have been carried out through the authorised intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.
