RETTIFICA DELLE DATE RELATIVE ALLA DISTRIBUZIONE DEL DIVIDENDO

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 25 marzo 2024 – Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332), con riferimento al Comunicato di approvazione del bilancio consolidato e del progetto di bilancio al 31 dicembre 2023, in relazione alle informazioni inerenti la distribuzione del dividendo di euro 0,05 per ciascuna azione avente diritto (per complessivi massimi euro 214.705,85), comunica le nuove date in rettifica a quanto precedentemente riportato nel suddetto comunicato.

Le date corrette sono, quindi, le seguenti:

• Data di stacco della cedola 10 giugno 2024
• Data di legittimazione al pagamento (record date) 11 giugno 2024
• Data per il pagamento del dividendo 12 giugno 2024

ADJUSTMENT OF THE DATES RELATED TO THE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 25th march 2024 – Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332), with reference to the Notice of Approval of the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Draft Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023, in relation to the information regarding the distribution of the dividend of €0.05 per eligible share (totalling a maximum of €214,705.85), announces the new dates as an amendment to what was previously reported in the aforementioned notice.

The correct dates are, therefore, as follows:

• ex-dividend date June 10, 2024
• Date for entitlement to payment (record date) June 11, 2024
• Date for payment of the dividend June 12, 2024
