SBS SOLAR SRL, SOCIETA' CONTROLLATA AL 55% DA ECOMEMBRANE SPA, SOTTOSCRIVE UN CONTRATTO QUADRO CON UN PRIMARIO OPERATORE ENERGETICO PER LA PROGETTAZIONE E FORNITURA DI INSEGUITORI SOLARI MONOASSIALI

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 20 Giugno 2024 – Ecomembrane S.p.A., (ISIN IT0005543332) Società leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi di stoccaggio e di contenimento dei gas per la produzione di energia verde, quotata sul segmento EGM di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., rende noto che SBS Solar S.r.L. (di seguito anche "SBS"), società controllata al 55% da Ecomembrane S.p.A. e facente parte del perimetro di consolidamento, a seguito di gara, ha sottoscritto un Contratto Quadro, di durata triennale, con un primario operatore energetico, per la progettazione e fornitura di inseguitori solari monoassiali "Solaxis" su 9 impianti fotovoltaici, di futura realizzazione, per una potenza installata complessiva di oltre 100MW. Per i primi 4 impianti SBS avrà un diritto di esclusiva mentre per i successivi un diritto di "last call", ossia di eguagliare eventuali altre offerte ricevute da altri fornitori.

Il valore complessivo dei materiali acquistati in base al Contratto Quadro, per i primi 4 impianti oggetto di esclusiva, è stimato e non potrà superare l'importo di € 6,5 milioni in un periodo di 3 anni.

Lorenzo Spedini, CEO di Ecomembrane, ha dichiarato: "Questo contratto conferma la validità della tecnologia di SBS SOLAR nella progettazione di inseguitori monoassiali ed è un primo importante passo verso la strategia di ampliamento dell'offerta del Gruppo nella componentistica per il settore delle energie rinnovabili".

L'importo suddetto è indicativo e non impegnativo per l'acquirente, e il ricorso al Contratto Quadro avverrà esclusivamente in funzione delle reali necessità di quest'ultimo.

SBS SOLAR SRL, A 55% OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF ECOMEMBRANE SPA, SIGNS A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT WITH A LEADING ENERGY OPERATOR FOR THE DESIGN AND SUPPLY OF SINGLE-AXIS SOLAR TRACKERS

Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR), 20th June 2024 Ecomembrane S.p.A. ("Ecomembrane" or the "Company"), a leading company in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for green energy production, listed on the EGM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that SBS Solar S.r.L. (hereinafter also "SBS"), a 55% subsidiary of Ecomembrane S.p.A. and part of the consolidation perimeter, following a tender, has signed a three-year framework contract with a leading energy operator for the design and supply of "Solaxis" single-axis solar trackers on 9 photovoltaic plants, to be built in the future, with a total installed capacity of over 100MW. For the first 4 plants SBS will have an exclusive right while for the subsequent plants it will have a "last call" right, i.e. to match any other offer received from other suppliers.

The total value of materials purchased under the Framework Contract, for the first 4 plants under exclusivity, is estimated and will not exceed € 6.5 million over a period of 3 years.

The above amount is indicative and non-binding for the buyer, and the use of the Framework Contract will only take place according to the buyer's actual needs.
