ECOMEMBRANE SOTTOSCRIVE CON ENERGY DOME UNA PARTNERSHIP PER L'IMPLEMENTAZIONE DI UNA UNITA' PRODUTTIVA FINALIZZATA ALLA PROGETTAZIONE E REALIZZAZIONE DI GASOMETRI A DOPPIA MEMBRANA APPLICABILI ALLA TECNOLIGIA CO2 BATTERY

Gadesco Pieve Delmona, 9 maggio 2025 – Ecomembrane S.p.A. ("Ecomembrane" o la "Società"), Società leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi di stoccaggio e di contenimento dei gas per la produzione di energia verde, quotata sul segmento EGM di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver sottoscritto un accordo di partnership con Energy Dome S.p.A. ("Energy Dome"), realtà all'avanguardia nel campo del long-duration energy storage (LDES), finalizzato ad implementare una unità produttiva per l'ingegnerizzazione, progettazione e realizzazione di gasometri a doppia membrana e la messa in servizio degli stessi presso gli impianti CO2 Battery di pertinenza di Energy Dome.

Ecomembrane sarà responsabile, in particolare, delle attività di gestione e coordinamento delle attività di produzione, che sarà svolta da proprio personale diretto e indiretto, oltre che delle attività di ingegnerizzazione e progettazione delle membrane. Energy Dome sarà responsabile, in particolare, per la messa a disposizione del sito, sul quale sarà poi implementata la manifattura dei gasometri a doppia membrana, e dell'acquisto, a proprie cure e spese, di tutti i materiali e componenti necessari alla fabbricazione.

L'accordo avrà una durata di 6 anni e prevede, a favore di Ecomembrane, oltre ad una iniziale setup fee, dei corrispettivi fissi per l'attività di gestione, coordinamento e ottimizzazione della produzione e variabili per l'attività di ingegneria in base al numero dei gasometri realizzati, oltre ad un mark-up sul costo del personale diretto e indiretto messo a disposizione dalla Società per l'unità produttiva.

ECOMEMBRANE SIGNS A PARTNERSHIP WITH ENERGY DOME TO IMPLEMENT A PRODUCTION UNIT AIMED AT DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING DOUBLE MEMBRANE GASOMETERS APPLICABLE TO CO2 BATTERY TECHNOLIGY

Gadesco Pieve Delmona, 9th may 2025 – Ecomembrane S.p.A. (hereafter "Ecomembrane" or the "Company", ISIN IT0005543332), leading company in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, listed on the EGM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that it has signed a partnership agreement with Energy Dome S.p.A. ("Energy Dome"), a cutting-edge company in the field of long-duration energy storage (LDES), aimed at implementing a production unit for the engineering, design and manufacture of doublemembrane gasometers and the commissioning of the same at the CO2 Battery plants owned exclusively by Energy Dome.

Ecomembrane will be responsible, in particular, for the management and coordination of manufacturing activities, which will be carried out by its own direct and indirect personnel, as well as for the engineering and design of the membranes. Energy Dome will be responsible, in particular, for the provision of the site on which the manufacture of the double membrane gasometers will then be implemented, and for the purchase, at its own care and expense, of all materials and components necessary for the manufacture.

The agreement will have a duration of 6 years and provides, in favour of Ecomembrane, in addition to an initial set-up fee, fixed fees for the activity of management, coordination and optimization of production and variable fees for the engineering activity based on the number of gasometers built, as well as a mark-up on the cost of direct and indirect personnel made available by the Company for the production unit.
