Change of Directors Holding & Substantial Holder

Due to an internal reorganisation of the financial affairs of Strategic Resource Management, a company of which Mr Spinks and Mr Hodby are directors and beneficiaries (as disclosed in the Company’s Annual Report), the holding of Strategic Resources Management will be distributed in specie to its beneficiaries, Mr Spinks and Mr Hodby.
