TRADING HALT
The securities of Kibaran Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 17 April 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Company requests the securities of Kibaran Resources (KNL) be placed in a trading halt pending the release of an announcement concerning a material capital raising.
The trading halt is expected to end when the Company makes an announcement to the ASX no later than the commencement of trading on Friday 17[th] April 2015.
The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.
