DIRECTOR RESIGNATION, CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board of Kibaran Resources Limited (ASX: KNL) advise of the following changes to the Company:

Resignation of Director

Mr David Arygle has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr Argyle for his considerable contribution to the Company during his tenure as a Director.

Change of Name

The Company has resolved to change its name to Kibaran Resources Limited and is in the process of finalising the change of name with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), with these formalities expected to be completed within the next few days.

The ASX code will remain as KNL.
