RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITOR

Kibaran Resources Limited (ASX: KNL ) wishes to announce that the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ( ASIC )have provided consent for the resignation of PKF (Adelaide) as the Company’s auditor.

Upon receipt of the content from ASIC, PKF (Adelaide) have provided the Company with notification of their resignation as auditors of the Company.

Section 327C(1) of the Corporations Act provides that if a vacancy occurs in the office of auditor of a public company, the vacancy is not caused by the removal of an auditor from office and there is no surviving or continuing auditor of the company, the directors must, within one month after the vacancy occurs, appoint another auditor.

The Directors have resolved to appoint BDO East Coast Partnership (Formerly PKF Sydney) as auditors to the Company with immediate effect, with this appointment to be confirmed at the Company’s annual general meeting.
