Directorate Change

The Board of the Company announces that Tammy Richards has notified the Board of her intention to step down from the Company's Board at the AGM on 26 June 2025, as she intends to pursue other interests. 

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Tammy for her invaluable contributions to the Company since its launch in 2020.  The Board extend their best wishes to her for the future.

David Fletcher will be appointed as the new Chair of the Risk Committee.

Accordingly, resolution 7 in respect of Tammy's re-election as a Director is being withdrawn from the Company's AGM on 26 June 2025.
