INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION 

The 'Dividend declaration announcement' released on 24 October 2024 at 15:43 RNS number 5297J had an incorrect ex-dividend date and should be disregarded. The correct ex-dividend date is 31 October 2024 as set out below.

Interim Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the directors have today declared a fourth interim dividend for the year ended 30 September 2024 in an amount of 2.05p per ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday 29 November 2024 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 1 November 2024 (ex-dividend Thursday 31 October 2024).
