The Company announces that it was informed today by Mrs Susannah Nicklin, who will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 9 September, 2020, that she has bought 1,143 shares at a price of 172.78p per share on 5 March, 2020.

Following this transaction, Mrs Nicklin owns 3,005 shares, representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
