The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Matthew Breidert, a Senior Portfolio Manager of Tortoise Advisors UK Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that he sold 50,000 shares at 142.00p per share between 26 June, 2019 and 3 July, 2019.

Following this transaction, Mr. Breidert owns 197,777 shares, representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
