Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 23, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the following appointments:

Appointment of Ms. Ritu Mandore (Membership No.: A79457) as Whole Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, with effect from May 23, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Appointment of M/s. R Kabra & Co LLP (LLPIN: AAV – 7116), Mumbai, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026–27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure – I.
