Issue of Share Options

The Company announces that on 20 August 2013 options were granted 300,000 ordinary shares to certain Directors of Company under the Company’s executive share option scheme. The options will vest 20 August 2016 and have been granted as follows:

Julia Trouse		45,000		£2.26
Kevin Stockdale		45,000		£2.26

The aggregate 300,000 options issued represents approximately 0.55 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital. Following the issue, the Company’s total voting rights remains unchanged at 55,364,506 ordinary shares of 5p each.
