Deferred Share Option Awards to Executive Directors

ECO Animal Health Group plc announces that on 21 December 2023 deferred nominal cost share options were granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBS") over 44,562 ordinary shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.07 percent of the Company's issued share capital) to two Executive Directors listed below. These awards relate to the deferral of 33% of the annual bonus for Executive Directors earned in respect of the Company's financial year ended 31 March 2023.

As indicated in the Circular to shareholders dated 4 February 2021, the DBS has been established to allow the Remuneration Committee to require a significant part of the annual bonuses paid to Executive Directors to be deferred in exchange for an award of nominal cost options which vest after 3 years.
