Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Peter Lawrence, Executive Chairman has today bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary shares”) for £3.10 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Peter Lawrence and his family’s current beneficial interests in the Company, is now 11,413,176 Ordinary Shares being 17.8% of the current issued share capital.
