Directors Dealings
ECO Animal Health Group plc was notified today that on 28 July 2021 the following Director purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made.
Dr Andrew Jones, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 330 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Dr Jones' total shareholding in the Company comprises 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Dr Frank Armstrong, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 324 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Dr Armstrong's total shareholding in the Company comprises 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Christopher Wilks, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 330 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Christopher Wilks' total shareholding in the Company comprises 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
