ECO Animal Health Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, as at the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 67,713,916 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are currently held in treasury and the voting rights of all the Ordinary Shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
