Release of securities from voluntary escrow

Eclipse Metals Limited ( “EP M ” or “the Co mpany ”) advises that the 16,539,600 fully paid ordinary shares ( “Shares”) issued to Komodo Capital Pty Ltd which were subject to a voluntary escrow have been released from escrow on 7 April 2014.

Background

The Shares were issued to Komodo Capital Pty Ltd ( “Komodo Capital”) pursuant to the entitlement issue announced on 6 May 2013. Subsequent to the issue of the Shares, the Company and Komodo Capital agreed via a Settlement and Release Deed that the Shares would be subject to voluntary escrow until 7 April 2014.
