Release from Voluntary Escrow
In accordance with ASX Lisitng Rule 3.10A, Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM ) ( Eclipse Metals or the Company ) advises that the following securities held by the vendors of the Ivittuut project will be released from voluntary escrow on 28 May 2022:

77,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares;
-
31,250,000 options exercisable at $0.015 expiring 28 May 2024; and
-
16,250,000 options exercisable at $0.05 expiring 28 May 2026.
The Company confirms that voluntary escrow provisions continue to apply to certain of the Company’s securites as follows:
