Eclipse Metals Limited (ASX: EPM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Eclipse Metals Limited (‘EPM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of EPM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 30 August 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM ) ( Eclipse Metals or the Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raise.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 30 August 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
