Extension of In Principle Farm-in and JV Due Diligence

Reference is made to the Announcement released on 9 June 2016 advising of the agreed in-principle terms to a binding farm-in / joint venture agreement ( the Agreement ) between Eclipse Metals Limited and a major multi-national mining and exploration company ( the Parties ).

Execution of the Agreement is subject to a number of condition precedents including Eclipse Metals Limited completing its legal due diligence which is currently underway. To provide further time, the Parties have agreed to extend the due diligence completion date for another 30 days to mid-August 2016.
