Share Subscription Agreement Signed

Eclipse Metals Limited ( the Company ) (ASX: EPM) advises that it has executed a Share Subscription Agreement ( Agreement ) for the placement of 40,000,000 new ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of the Company at $0.005 cents per share to raise $200,000. The shares will be issued under the 15% capacity available to directors under Listing Rule 7.1.

The placement is subject to the delivery of the subscription funds by the end of March 2015.

The party to the Agreement is an existing shareholder who supports the long term plans of the Company

The capital raised by the placement will be utilised to advance exploration activities on the Company’s projects as well as for working capital.

The Company’s previously announced discussions in respect of project investment remain ongoing and are independent of this placement.
