Release of Securities from Escrow

Eclipse Metals Limited (ASX:EPM) in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A hereby gives notice that the following restricted securities will be released from escrow on 17 February 2013:

• 49,999,998 ordinary fully paid Shares; and

• 150,000 Unlisted Options expiring 30 November 2015

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2, Eclipse Metals Limited will apply to the ASX for official quotation of the 49,999,998 Shares on the 17 February 2013.
