Eclipse Metals Limited (ASX: PNE) (“ Eclipse ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to confirm that the Company has issued 280,000,052 ordinary shares comprising acceptances received from shareholders and additional shares allocated from the shortfall in consultation with the underwriter.

PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS

The shares were entered onto the Company’s share register on 27 June 2013.

Following this issue the Company has a total of 523,192,824 ordinary fully paid shares on issue.

The Rights Issue was fully underwritten by Komodo Capital Pty Ltd. The Directors are now working with the underwriter to allocate the balance of the shortfall shares and will advise the market in due course.
